The first step in dealing with Reverse Culture Shock is to familiarize yourself with the symptoms and be prepared for the possibility of an adjustment period. This exercise will help you understand what you are feeling by asking you to rate a set of statements.

Understanding why you feel something is half the journey to understanding how to manage it. Having learned more about reverse culture shock and how it can affect people, this exercise will now help you to investigate your own perceptions and feelings as you deal with this phenomenon and recognise feelings of reverse culture shock. Please complete the "How do you feel?" questionnaire concerning reverse cultural shock stages, emotions and behaviours after coming back home.
