5.4.1. Test your knowledge: Students services

Got a query? Don’t know who to ask or where to go? If you find yourself in this situation shortly after arriving at your host university then don’t worry – it happens to most people! However, it’s always best to familiarise yourself with the various student services at your host destination before you arrive to save yourself time and energy. 

This section should take about 5 minutes to complete, giving you a better idea of the kinds of services and units that you will need to be familiar with for your mobility. 

Get a sense of the kinds of services typically provided at each location. Think about what you will need from your host university, especially in the first few weeks of your mobility and try to locate the appropriate office.
