Instructions

As you approach your first week of your study abroad experience, take a moment to think about how you might feel in several situations as you start out. This week will provide many challenges that might add up to weigh you down. In this exercise, think through situations that might cause you to judge yourself harshly, and write down some positive complimentary statements about yourself in that situation.

Remember that there are no good or wrong answers. This exercise is meant for you to reflect on yourself.
