Living and studying in a different country is an exciting and valuable experience, and while many students become happily adjusted to their new surroundings, the transition is not always smooth.

In the Culture Shock module, you will have learned about what culture shock is, including its signs and symptoms and contributing factors, as well as how to deal with it effectively. Culture shock is a very common phenomenon that happens to nearly everyone when staying for an extended time in a different country.

This exercise will help you to map out what you think of your new home, the house, place, culture and more! Explore resources that can help resolve issues later on.
